www.jancology.com is active

This week I setup the www.jancology.com domain. From today it redirects directly to this site jancotanis.xs4all.nl. Now I need to find out if I can host my own domain names, email and if I have the right hard/software to do this.
I bought the domain from hostway.com for just about $6.95 a year. This is a real bargain although it might mean I need to get some experience myselves with the technology.
