The image is color corrected, resized and cropped to get a horizontal framed image instead of the vertical shot. The tiles are over exposed but what do you want if you shoot around 12 with the sun directly on the roof. By center metering the image the main subject is well exposed. There was no sharpening applied to this image! By downsampling, the scan retained its sharpness.
