Google Maps

Google did something fantastic again! It included satellite images on their map service!

Obviously this is not completely new, as Microsoft has something similar called Terra Service. The weird thing is that you get immediately a community around it because its google! Check yourselves at Google SightSeeing. It is also very usable like a desktop application because of the use of Ajax technology (async javascript and xml or in short XMLHttpRequest() ).

Slick stuff, and exceptionally fast. Not quite as accurate with address placement as Yahoo!Maps, but definitely nicer over all than either Yahoo!Maps or MapQuest.
