Nikon announced a series of Coolpixes just before Photokina. Namely the: Nikon Coolpix L5 , Nikon Coolpix L6 , Nikon Coolpix S7 , Nikon Coolpix S7c , Nikon Coolpix S8 , Nikon Coolpix S9 and the Nikon Coolpix S10. Not much new. Surprisingly what is missing are new P series cameras. What we see are upgrades to include the following features:

• Vibration reduction: Nikon Coolpix L5, Nikon Coolpix S10, Nikon Coolpix S7c, S7 and S8
• 2.5inch LCD: Nikon Coolpix L5, Nikon Coolpix L6, Nikon Coolpix S8, Nikon Coolpix S9, Nikon Coolpix S10
• or even 3.0inch LCD: Nikon Coolpix S7 and S7c
• Wireless connectivity: Nikon Coolpix S7c
• Higher ISO upto 800: Nikon Coolpix L6, Nikon Coolpix S10
• or even upto ISO 1600: Nikon Coolpix S7, S7c, S8
• More battery power: Nikon Coolpix L6
• 6 or 7 mpix

Interesting is the Nikon Coolpix Connect service available with the Nikon Coolpic S7c. This free service allows users to upload and share fotos wireless using the nearest wireless network. Say a kinda Flickr which is available from camera.
