Nikon Coolpix P2 (6kb)
“Two new digital compact cameras combining higher image quality and closer control with revolutionary Wi-Fi capability.”

The Nikon Coolpix P1 and P2 is a new range in the Nikon Coolpix Line. These are the consumer camera series which support WiFi capability. The built-in Wi-Fi LAN support (IEEE802.11b/g) and can upload images to PictureProject. So no hassle with wires and cables. Both cameras have internal memory, 32MB for the CoolPix P1 and 16MB for the CoolPix P2. The P2 has a 5mpix sensor and the P1 features Nikon’s 8mpix sensor. Another new feature is e-VR — Electronic Vibration Reduction — which compensates for camera shake during movie shooting. Nice but I wouldn’t need it. The lesn is a 36-126mm; f/2.7-5.2. Macro mode from 4cm which is worse that we’re used to with the Coolpix series. ‘Juice’ is supplied by a rechargeable EN-EL8 lithium-ion battery.
