Nikon Coolpix S4 (6kb)
“The compact digital camera with 10x zoom performance and a swivel design that covers all the angles.”

Another S-series camera announced is the Nikon S4. I expected this to be the water-proof version of the Nikon S3. However this is a complete new design of the Nikon specific swivel cameras The Nikon S4 is the first swivel camera since the Nikon Coolpix SQ. It has a 10x zoom lens — ranging 38-380mm. It has the same 6mpix sensor of the Coolpix S3 and a 2.5inch LCD on the back. The D-loghting function works after the image is recorded and saves a backup copy of the original. In-Camera Red-Eye Fix and Blur warning complete the software enhancements. The camera is compatible with AA-size batteries — one of the first Coolpixes having this — making it an excellent choice of camera to take when traveling.
